p (x) = x^{2} + \frac{8}{5} x - \frac{4}{5}

p (x) = \frac{1}{5} (5 x^{2} + 8 x - 4) = \frac{1}{5} (5 x^{2} + 10 x - 2 x - 4) = \frac{1}{5} (5 x - 2) (x + 2)
