Step 1: (i) Number on first spot $= 20 + 4 	imes 1 = 24$
Step 2: (ii)(b) $d = 4$, $a = 24$. $S_{10} = \frac{10}{2}[2 	imes 24 + 9 	imes 4] = 5[48 + 36] = 5 	imes 84 = 420$
Step 3: (iii) Number on $(n - 2)^{	ext{th}}$ spot $= 20 + 4(n - 2) = 12 + 4n$
